With a temperature range of 145 to 195 deg C and a safety cut out for overheat and cleaning this fryer is simple and robust. Capable of keeping up when demand is at its height. This fryer has Millivolt gas valve system and Piezo ignition with flame failure protection, so no need need for any electrical connection.
Enamelled control panel and lift out elements for easy cleaning with a large 32mm drain valve. Comes with heavy duty legs to the front, castors to the rear and 1 years parts and labour warranty.
