The two patented stainless steel charcoal trays allow you to switch between pure charcoal and pure gas cooking or use both at the same time. They ensure even heat distribution and prevent flare-ups.

Cast iron griddle
The extra cast iron griddle lets you prepare a greater variety of ingredients. The included grate lifter, with a holder on the barbecue, makes lifting out the grates and charcoal tray easy and safe, so you can change them whenever you want.
