This copper pitcher jug is made from 100% pure copper, and has a capacity of approx. 68 fl.oz which is equivalent to 2 Litres. The handle has been designed for ergonomic comfort, as well as aesthetic design, making this jug not only really practical, but also a really beautiful object too. With this jugs large capacity when it is filled up it can feel quite weighty, so it is recommended to carry it with one hand underneath and one hand on the handle. The jug is designed with a large open top perfect for putting ice cubes in, and fruit in for the drink of your choice. Perfect for making jugs of Pimms, lemon flavoured water and much more. Whilst hot drinks are not recommended for this jug, as copper will take on the temperature of its content, this makes the jug perfect for cold drinks as it keeps it colder for longer. With this jug being made from 100% pure copper, it is not suitable for a dishwasher, and can only be washed by hand.

- As this product is made from pure copper it will tarnish and discolour over time and this is natural for this metal. This can be cleaned easily using 2 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of sea salt and 1 cup of water. Shake the mixture for a couple of minutes ensuring you give the hard to remove areas a little more attention with a bottle brush, scrubbing the affected areas. The ensure you rinse the jug thoroughly with cold water before using again. Make sure there is no acidic residue left over.
