Ex Display Fuego Clasico 80 Outdoor Wood Fired Pizza Oven

The Fuego Clasico 80 is an excellent starting point for any Pizza enthusiast wishing to cook professional-quality pizzas at home.
The Classico oven heats up rapidly and reaches its optimal cooking temperature in less than 30 minutes. Your pizzas will be cooked between 90 and 120 seconds after reaching temperature.
However, don’t mistake this for just a pizza oven. The Clasico can bake up-to 6 loaves of bread, can hold 2 big roasting trays, and cook 2x 12-inch pizzas at the same time. It can also be used to roast, slow cook, and smoke.
Because of the inner core form, the oven can keep a high temperature for more than 4 hours and it will maintain a lower temperature for up to 12 hours, without needing to add additional wood to the fire.

Delivery
The Fuego Mosaic 80 pizza oven arrives on a standard crated pallet, weighing approximately 700kg. The driver will be able to unload the pallet using a tail lift. The pallet can be manoeuvred on solid, level ground with a pallet truck.
