The large oven compartment is fully gastronorm compatible and can accommodate 2/1 gastro pans over five shelf positions. Temperature control is via two front mounted dial thermostats which provide precise and responsive regulation of the solid top and oven. Fitted with castors for manoeuvrability and ease of cleaning.
