Compatible with the Marcato Atlas 500 Pasta Machine, this Pasta Cutter is perfect for making traditional Reginette shaped pasta – is a type of ribbon-shaped pasta. It is flat and wide, usually about 1 cm in width, with wavy edges on both sides, delicious with a variety of sauces.
Founded by Otello Marcato in the 1930s in a small workshop behind his house by making pasta machines, Marcato products are now made in Campodarsego, Padua, in the Italian region of Veneto and have been for over 80 years.
