Cold well servery holding 4 x 1/1Gn trays. Innovative “Polar Air Stream” system provides a constant wall of cold air which moves across the well blanketing the food displayed and recirculates back through the system.
This model is the base unit and without gantry or tray slide, various gantry options can be included on order.
