Robot Coupe R301UD Vegetable Preparation Machine
The Robot Coupe R301 Ultra Vegetable Preparation Machine is suitable for up to 70 covers and comes complete with a straight blade stainless steel knife and four discs.
It has a single speed induction motor with motor brake and will operate to 1500rpm with a pulse function.
The bowl and lid have a magnetic safety system which cuts the motor if opened when running.
The Vegetable preparation attachment with ejection chute is supplied with four discs
