The FD 80R is a compact powerful single tank fryer ideal for fresh or frozen chips up to 18kg per hour output, It can take also 10 inch fish fillet or sausage.
This Fryer has a removable head unit and comes complete with drain tap. The cold zone of oil below the element helps to prolong the life of your oil. This unit has a 180’C operating thermostat.
